Tanis Tuna ($15): A sliced Za’atar-spiced tuna loin served with hummus and topped with a tomato, chickpea, and celery salad
Lomo Saltado Peruvian Flank Steak ($14): A mouthwatering thinly sliced grilled flank steak topped with piquillo peppers, pickled onions. The steak is served on top of crispy french fries with a tamari-lime dressing and yellow pepper aioli served on the side.
